Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend day or national holiday, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Lechat offers FREE shipping on all orders over $30 shipped in the US & $100 for Canada. Orders under $30 are subject to a $9.00 flat rate ($35.00 for Canadian residents) for standard ground shipping.
Return Policy
Lechat must receive a request for the return of merchandise within thirty (30) days from receipt for a full refund. Returned merchandise must have 25% or less of product used. Lechat has the right to refuse returns. There are no returns of products due to misuse. We will not accept returns without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Products returned without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Please note that we only process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from Lechat. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions, or any products purchased using an incentive or coupon code are eligible for return.
When sending in a return or exchange to Lechat please follow these instructions:
- Call CUSTOMER SERVICE at 510-741-9998
- Indicate a reason for your return and how you would like your credit to be applied.
- Request an RMA number. IMPORTANT: Returns without RMA’s will be refused.
- Include the packing slip and provide the RMA with your return (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number and RMA on a separate piece of paper).
- Wrap the package securely.
- Attach your return address.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post so that shipment can be tracked.
